Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included and proof of purchase.

To request a return, email auraxgymstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us promptly and include photos so we can review the issue.

Return shipping costs are covered by AuraX. All products are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined above. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
